Service is the most important part of our business, so if you 
                      feel it is an emergency, so do we.

If you truly feel you need us there immediately, tell us and we will respond.  If you can wait and it does not seriously affect service please let us know that also, that way we can respond more promptly to those with more serious problems.

Our service response is within 24 hours for all minor malfunctions unless you have requested an earlier response or agreed to a later one.

Our labor rates are as follows:
                    Normal labor rate= $90.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
                                               Travel time is included in the 1 hour not to exceed 1/2 hour

                    After the first hour we bill in 1/4 hour increments

Major Malfunctions       
Our service response time for major malfunctions is within 2 hours.
We consider the following Major malfunctions:

Complete system failure / total loss of service.
Attendant Console failure.
No system dial tone.
Telephone equipment or line failure by four or more units.
Four or more telephones experiencing call cut off or fading.
